One-on-One Sport Performance

For athletes of all ages and backgrounds, we offer individualized training programs that are designed to improve athletic performance during competition. These sessions can be a 60 or 90 minutes in duration and will consist of skill and agility work, power and explosiveness, muscular endurance and strength training, core stability, mobility, and cardiovascular conditioning.

Each of these components are based on demands of the sport(s) the athlete participates in. Prior to training, the athlete will undergo a battery of tests to serve as a baseline for improvement throughout the program. These tests will be specific to the sport and will be implemented periodically throughout training.
