What does the training program include?

The main components of our sports performance training include movement, speed, plyometrics, agility, strength. Each athlete will see an improvement in each component which in turn will make them more efficient and better athletes.

How do you track progress with your athletes?

We place all of our athletes through a series of athleticism testing including jumping, change of direction, sprinting, and conditioning every 8-10 weeks.

What qualifications do the coaches have to have?

We require all of our coaches to have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science along with a nationally recognized certification in Strength & Conditioning.

Are the athletes supervised during an entire training session?

Absolutely, coaches lead the entire workout start to finish.

Do you offer sport specific training?

We will develop a program that will not only meet the athletes’ specific sport demands but will address their individual needs as well.

Other than sports performance training, what other services are offered?

Personal training, Injury prevention screening, nutritional guidance, small group training, FitClub, and yoga

What are the group sizes?

We cap our classes out at 12 athletes
