Fast Break was designed to achieve a healthier body over your lunch break.

Fast Break is a high-energy group-training program that works to optimize fitness levels by incorporating the most important training components into a short 45-minute session over your lunch break. Classes will consist of programmed muscular power and strength, core training, mobility and flexibility, and finish with cardiovascular conditioning. Every session is designed and led by a certified fitness professional to ensure safety, maximize performance, and modify movements as needed.
