Fit club was designed to produce motivation in achieving a healthier body.

Each day is broken down into a few segments consisting of a dynamic workout, strength and skill work, and metabolic conditioning in a competition driven form. Atmosphere is everything, and everyone in this group helps push and motivate the others. We are a team! Fit Club workouts are designed to keep your body guessing and never allow you to get used to any particular workouts. Every exercise and workout can be scaled to any level of fitness and remains extremely challenging regardless of current conditioning. We recommend a minimum of 3 or 4 times per week. At this workload it’s nearly impossible not to see a positive change in body composition and overall health.
