Ages 7-11

Introduces sports performance in a fun and positive environment, while focusing on building the base of neuromuscular communication by utilizing proper technique and execution

Ages 12-14

Focuses on the progression of strength and speed training.

Emphasize on fundamental tools to move with greater safety, speed, and efficiency

Ages 15-18

Focuses on advanced power lifting, speed drills, and plyometrics.

Identify and correct physical and mechanical limitations that prevent peak athletic performance

College Age

Our Collegiate Athlete training program brings intensity through advanced power lifting, speed drills, and plyometrics, just like our “Elite” program. Our ultimate goal is to help each of our athletes improve self-confidence and achieve his or her peak athletic performance.
